a) Reducing the spread of Covid-19
b) Reducing the number of deaths "with" Covid-19.

But governments press ahead with Booster programs and vaccine Mandates. Given the evidence these mandates are illogical but more importantly they demonstrate that Western democracy and our constitutions have broken down.
